Gong fu tea is brewed in small pots and cups, with many short steeps, so you can taste the tea change. The classic teapot for it comes from Yixing, where the local purple clay has been used for about 500 years. Here: clay, wood, glass, stone and metal. No plastic. A few good pieces are all you need.
