One showing or event, hosted start to finish. No commitment — and the highest rate per hour of hosting.
A trial run of the residency, about $864 per full hosted day. Continue on the same listing and the entire fee is credited toward the month.
One listing, one month. Every private showing, open house, and broker tour hosted — however many there are. The more the home shows, the lower your real cost per showing. A flat vendor fee, no commission split, about 0.15% of a $6M sale.
