This tea has a thick and malty liquor, with a sweet returning after taste. Each time you re-steep it, the taste unfolds and you continue to find more layers of depth. Like all of our teas, it is simple and clean in its flavor profile

Once the leaves have brewed and opened, you will smell hints of plum, earthiness and medicinal herbal scents.

• 6g-8g per 6-8oz pot
• Rinse with boiling water
• Steep 15 seconds in boiling water
• Flash re-steep 5-6 times until all flavor and color has been extracted.
