Has a very gentle sweet pollen flavor. Leaves your pallet subtlety dry but it is not at all astringent. Has a similar effect to a dark brandy. If patina had a flavor, it would taste like this.

How to Brew

• 6g-8g per 6-8oz pot
• Rinse with boiling water
• Steep 15 seconds in boiling water
• Flash re-steep 5-6 times until all flavor and color has been extracted.
