Brewing Guide
Tea: 5 g
Water: 200–300 ml
Temperature: 90–95°C / 194–203°F
1. Rinse (Optional)
Rinse for 2–5 seconds, then discard the water.
2. Steep and Re-Steep
Steep 5–10 times. Longer steeps create more flavor.
Tea session: 15–30 minutes
What Is It?
Made from Yunnan Camellia sinensis red tea. It is intentionally oxidized to bring out warm honey and cacao notes.
